Smoothies are the perfect way to start your day tasty and healthy. And you can vary them endlessly! This variation is a bowl with coconut milk! Simply take the fruit you have on hand or what you like best and mix it with some coconut milk in the blender and turn it into a smooth smoothie. Super simple, but oh so delicious!

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Desiccated Coconut
2 Bananas, sliced
1/2 Avocado, cut into cubes
3 tbsp Blueberries (frozen)
2 tsp Spirulina
1 tsp Poppy seeds
1/2 tsp Lavender flowers (edible)
1 tsp Kernels and seeds
Preparation method for coconut milk smoothie bowl
- For this smoothie, we took 2 bananas, ½ avocado, 2 tablespoons blueberries, 2 teaspoons spirulina, honey and coconut milk. Put everything in the blender and make a nice smoothie.< /li>
- Serve in a pretty bowl and garnish with 1 tsp blueberries, coconut flakes, and assorted seeds and seeds for topping. Finally, you can serve a few edible flowers with it. Have fun!
Serve tip
For best results, use frozen fruit. It makes the smoothie a little creamier! Now, if you want to make this bowl completely vegan, replace the bee honey with agave syrup
