3 tbsp sugar

Preparation method for dalgona candy

Place 3 tablespoons of sugar in a hot pan and allow to melt.
Add a pinch of baking powder and stir well.
A caramel-like, full-bodied mass forms.
Pour or spoon the mixture onto a baking sheet.
Oil a biscuit mold and just before the mass hardens, press the biscuit mold into the mass until it hardens.
Take out the mold and let the games begin!
