The Taiwanese "open bun. There are many variations on this and one of them is with these delicious butterfly shrimp. Simple and very tasty!

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 24 pieces *Shrimps butterfly PR.CH pk 225g
- 10 buns *Gua Bao bun HAPPY BELLY pk 400g
- 4 tbsp Sriracha Mayo
- 4 tbsp Roasted Black Sesame Seeds
300 g red Cabbage sliced
8 Radishes
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Lime juice

Serve the gua bao topped with the shrimp, some sriracha mayo and the coleslaw and garnish with cilantro and spring onion if desired
