Anyone who has ever vacationed in Thailand will have tasted it. Bami soup can be found on every street corner in Thailand, in many varieties. It is a nice light dish, and therefore ideal for lunch. Moreover, Bami soup is ready in no time! We have a nice variant with asparagus, but you can actually add any green vegetables you like!

Ingredients
- 300 g Japanese Shinode Rice
- 1 teaspoon Roasted White Sesame Seeds
- 60 g Sushi Ginger White
- 1 teaspoon Roasted Black Sesame Seeds
- 2 tablespoon Rice Oil
- 150 ml Teriyaki Mayo Sauce
- 2 tbsp Brown Rice Vinegar
300 g green asparagus, cut into pieces
500 ml vegetable stock (1 cube)
1 can of crab, drained
3 Spring onions, sliced diagonally
Preparation method for bami soup with asparagus
- Boil the asparagus until soft and cut into pieces.
- Heat the vegetable broth and cook the bami soup noodles in it for about 5 minutes.
- Drain the shrimp, then add both the shrimp and asparagus to the soup.
- Finally, season with fish sauce (about 0.5 tablespoons) and cook for another 2 minutes. Your bami soup with asparagus is ready, enjoy your meal!
Serve tip
Garnish the bami soup with rings of spring onion.
