- 4 tablespoon Crushed Chillies Extra Hot

- 4 tablespoon Dried Chilli (Large)

1 jar of honey (250 g)

Preparation method for spicy honey

In a small saucepan, heat the honey until it melts.
Add the dried chili flakes and stir briefly.
Now pour the honey into a sterilized jar or bottle.
You can strain off some of the honey as you pour over it so fewer chili flakes remain in the honey.
Add the honey to your favorite dishes.
