Suriname soy chicken roll is a popular Surinamese takeout roll. It is chicken thigh filet with soy sauce on a delicious crispy roll that you can easily make yourself!

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Spices garlic ground BADIA jr 85,05g
- 1 teaspoon 5 spice powder 50 g
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tablespoon Sweet Soy Sauce (Ketjap Manis)
1 kg chicken disc fillet
1 large onion
2 tbsp Sunflower oil
2 Stock cubes
Preparation method for Surinamese soy chicken sandwich
- Cut the chicken fillet into thin strips.
- Add the 5 spices, garlic powder and black pepper to the chicken and mix well.
- Chop the onion, heat the sunflower oil in a wok and fry the onions in it until translucent.
- Add the chicken and stir-fry.
- Add black bean sauce and soy sauce.
- Crumble over the bouillon cubes and stir in. Stir-fry until chicken is done.
- Then simmer for another 5 minutes on a low flame.
- Cut open the buns and top generously with the chicken. Top with a few slices of cucumber and red onions and top with some sambal if you like.
