Surinamese soy chicken sandwich

Ingredients

1 kg chicken disc fillet

1 large onion

2 tbsp Sunflower oil

2 Stock cubes

Preparation method for Surinamese soy chicken sandwich

  1. Cut the chicken fillet into thin strips.
  2. Add the 5 spices, garlic powder and black pepper to the chicken and mix well.
  3. Chop the onion, heat the sunflower oil in a wok and fry the onions in it until translucent.
  4. Add the chicken and stir-fry.
  5. Add black bean sauce and soy sauce.
  6. Crumble over the bouillon cubes and stir in. Stir-fry until chicken is done.
  7. Then simmer for another 5 minutes on a low flame.
  8. Cut open the buns and top generously with the chicken. Top with a few slices of cucumber and red onions and top with some sambal if you like.
