Spring roll cone filled with duck
We used spring roll sheets to make a cone. This cone can be filled with the tastiest ingredients, and we did so with duck.
Ingredients
- 2 sheets Yaki Nori Roasted Seaweed (Green)
- to taste Wasabi Paste
- 1 tbsp Roasted White Sesame Seeds
- 1 tbsp Roasted Black Sesame Seeds
- to taste Soy Sauce
- 300 g Japanese Shinode Sushi Rice
- 3 tbsp Sushi Vinegar Uchibori 360 ml
- 4 tbsp Japanese Mayonaise
