Tapioca flour is a flavourless, starchy alternative to regular flour. Ideal for when you want to cook or bake gluten-free. Tapioca often comes in powder, flakes or small balls. Also called tapioca pearls we know from bubble tea. You can also make these little balls yourself with this flour.
