Deliciously fragrant Thai Jasmine rice with broken grains. Broken rice is rice that is damaged during harvesting, making the grain smaller than normal. The rice is therefore often no longer suitable as rice for beautiful rice dishes where the grain should be intact. But the taste is of course identical to that of rice with a nice large grain.
