JH Foods Kizami Seaweed dried shredded 20 x 25 g

JH Foods seaweed consists of dried and roasted algae leaves (seaweed). These are mainly used for preparing sushi. Finely crushed, the leaves can also serve very well as a spice with a subtle sea flavour for fish and seafood dishes. The thin leaves are high in iodine and protein and are delicious as maki with tasty filling and sushi rice. This variety has been specially shredded already and can serve as a garnish for sushi or Poké bowls.
