Sweet and sour sauce probably comes originally from Hunan province in southeast China. Flying Goose Sweet and Sour Sauce is made from chilli peppers, vinegar, and pineapple juice that gives a delicious sweet touch. This sauce is excellent for wok dishes with pork or chicken, for example bao guo rou (Chinese sweet and sour pork).
