• I have received a discount code. Where can I use it?

  You can redeem the discount code in the shopping cart. On the right-hand side under the heading "Overview" there is a line "Add discount code". By clicking on it, you can easily add your code and redeem it.

• Is a discount code also valid on already discounted items?

  In most cases, already discounted items are excluded. If you have a coupon code that entitles you to a fixed discount amount (e.g. 5€ discount), you can use it on already discounted items.

• Can I use multiple discount codes per order?

  No, unfortunately this is not possible. It is only possible to use 1 discount code per order.

• How do I get a discount code or other promotion?

  By signing up for the newsletter, you'll stay up to date with the latest promotions and any discount codes we have. Therefore, sign up as soon as possible!
