pak choi
3 garlic cloves
1 red pepper in rings
Preparation method for Christmas side dish pak choi
- Heat the oil in a wok and fry the garlic until crispy.
- Meanwhile, blanch the pak choi in boiling water.
- Scoop a teaspoon of crispy garlic out of the wok and set it aside. The rest of the garlic stays in the wok.
- Add soy sauce and sweet soy sauce to the wok.
- Then add the blanched pak choi as well and wok it together briefly so that each pak choi leaf has a nice coating of the soy sauce.
